IMPORTANT NOTE In principle, UNJLC does not invite participants directly to these training sessions but invites Agencies, Donors, International Organisations (IOs) and NGOs to assign staff or individuals. Organisations are encouraged to select logistics experts which are earmarked for assignment to the UNJLC during emergencies. Individual applications of IO or NGO staff should be endorsed by the Country or Regional Director of their parent organisation. It should be reminded that the hosting nation or organisation offer accommodation and meals but participants have to pay their own travel. |
