Fuel shortage in Nyala, South Darfur

Please be informed that, as a result of heavy rains between Nyala and El Obeid, UNHAS is experiencing some temporary fuel shortages.

However, UNHAS is able to cover all flights (fixed-wing and heli) with the exception of the heli flight tomorrow 5 September Nyala - Mukjar - Kubum.

Fuel trucks are expected to arrive in Nyala within approximately the next five days.
