Agencies and NGOs working in Sudan and registered with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) and the Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), can request access to UNHAS and UNMIS air assets for the movement of Humanitarian Cargo. On all services, no liability is accepted for cargo transported.
1. Spare capacity on UNMIS Flights
UNMIS offers access to a 'free to user' space available cargo service primarily to, and within Sudan, with a maximum capacity per flight of 2 MT.
Humanitarian cargo on UNMIS flights is low priority and can be reprioritized at any time. To apply for this service, please duly fill out the cargo movement request (CMR) form. Bring a hard copy for approval/ validation to UNJLC (UNMIS HQ-08 porto cabin TG-01 or 03 in the west corner towards the ferries wheel) no later than 72 h (3 working days) before the intended day of movement.

2. Special Flight Requests
An alternate service offered by UNMIS for Agencies/NGOs prepared to pay for transport costs, is the hire of aircraft subject to aircraft availability. Quotations can be provided by UNMIS on submission of Special Flight Request (SFR) form and accompanying documents. The following forms are required (eg for cargo only, complete SFR and CMR; for passengers only, complete SFR, Passenger Booking Request and signed General Release From Liability forms as required) and submit to MOVCON no later than 5 working days before the intended day of movement.

3. UNHAS small parcel service
UNHAS is offering a small parcel service (25 kg max) on their flights within Sudan (mainly Darfur). Please fill out the form and submit to UNHAS directly.
