Description of air freight and air charter in Sudan
There is a strong and expanding market for air freight and air charter services in Sudan, covering all of the major cities. Given the vast size of the country, the poor quality of its road and rail networks, and the insecurity that prevails in certain regions, air transport is a practical option for transporting goods and equipment for humanitarian operations. In general, although there are a number of firms, they all know each other well and tend not to compete on price. Presently there is sufficient business for all of them. Aircraft charter and air freight prices are always negotiable and prices quoted in this report are only indicative. Clients may negotiate a contract with firms, and reduce their costs - Sudan, - Size: 1.3 MB
