Further to our last communication on above subject, we had a successful meeting with HAC Khartoum. Based on that meeting our booking cut-off time has been revised as follows, effective tomorrow:

 Passenger traveling on:                                 Booking to be submitted before:

Saturday                                                           Wednesday (by 10:00 AM)

Sunday                                                              Wednesday (by 14:00)

Monday                                                              Saturday (by 10:00 AM)

Tuesday                                                             Sunday (by 10:00 AM)

Wednesday                                                         Monday (by 10:00 AM)

Thursday                                                            Tuesday (by 10:00 AM)
