Please be advised due to the heavy rain fall last night the airport road
washed away thus restricting access to airport. We have moved all WFP-HAS
Heli Flights for today 06.08.2007 to tomorrow 07.08.2007(Circumstances
permitting) tomorrow and will roll over Tuesdays scheduled flights to
Wednesday.
No new information is available at this current time regarding WFP-HAS fixed wing
flights for tomorrow. The relevant information will be passed on to all parties concerned as soon as possible.
Tickets issued for todays flights will be valid for tomorrow.
UNDSS will be inspecting road access tomorrow morning (08:00) and will
advise accordingly about safe travels to the airport.
WFP-HAS would like to apologize for any inconvenience cause but Mother
nature has control of this one.
