Executive Summary
- In April, 1,186 households were served with non-food items from the NFI Common Pipeline in the Rest of Sudan region (RoS). To these households, 32,524 items were distributed.
- The NFI Common Pipeline Partners continue meet with donors regarding the Common Appeal. Still needed urgently is US$2.8 million for plastic sheeting and jerry cans for the entire North of Sudan.
- UNJLC’s Kadugli Office has been closed and all UNJLC RoS staff are now located in Khartoum. Please contact the Khartoum Office with all RoS-related questions.
- The NFI Common Pipeline Guiding Principles were officially endorsed by the NFI Common Pipeline Advisory Panel during the Panel Meeting on May 1st and is being distributed to partners for feedback. The Guiding Principles document is designed to be an over-arching guide and resource for all partners. Copies available from UNJLC at sudan@unjlc.org.
