On 21st December Agence Presse France (AFP) reported that and unidentified disease killed at least seven people in flood- hit northeastern Kenya amid fears that the aliment might explode into an epidemic. Experts suspect the disease, whose symptoms are fever, pain and the vomiting of blood, may be transmitted through livestock infected by drinking contaminated flood waters.
