- Helicopters commenced distribution of essential non-food a nd food items to West and east Imi woredas n 4th December.
- Accessibility continues to be a major challenge as bridges and roads were destroyed by the flood waters limiting access to East Imi.
- Access to East Imi is now restricted to boat travel from West Imi woreda across the Wabi Shabelle.
- WFP reported that helicopters have transported 34.2 MT of non food items and food to Mustahil East and West Imi between 30th November and 4th December.
- IOM continues to provide relief assistance to flood victims in the western region of Gambela and rehabilitation and reconstruction assistance to populations displaced in the eastern town of Dire Dawa.
