Youyi Bridge Youyi Bridge

1.    BeshamCoordinates:
The KKH from Beshman to Mera is tarred, however it hugs the cliff for some time and is a slow road to travel. This stretch of the KKH is subject to landslides.  Road work is in progress along this particular section.N 34 92306

2. Mera T/O 
Continuing on past Mera, the KKH is still under repair at various points. This portion of the KKH is flatter, then the road increases in elevation as it nears the Youyi Bridge.  Caution is advised.N 34 82280

3. Youyi Bridge
 
This is the main KKH bridge, crossing the eastern end of the Indus River. The Youyi Bridge is continually undergoing maintenance and repair.  As the KKH approaches the bridge it is reduced to a single lane.  At the center of the bridge is a bailey which was erected to repair a hole.

4. Batagram     
The KKH continues on to Batagram and passes a valley. This section of the road is subject to landslides, and with the onset of rain they could potentially cause the outer edge of the road to collapse.  Further monitoring of this road is highly recommended.N 34 40539
