Note: This Article is no more relevant as UNHAS has ceased all operations on 31st of May 2006.
Important note:
- To faciltate timely processing of requests, you must provide complete personal details , cargo type , size and weight and declare if dangerous goods are to be carried on your person or consignment.
- Consignments must be clearly marked with receiver details and contacts.
- It is the understanding of the consignee that all donated goods and h.a. stores are moved in accordance with humanitarian priorities.
- Consignees are responsible for all custom, excise, handling, storage of goods and materials.
