Lubumbashi
- The first Logistics Cluster meeting took place on 27 April 2006 and was attended by 7 NGOS and 6 UN agencies. Due to the magnitude of the crisis and the need to have coordination effectively managed meetings are held on a weekly basis.

Goma
- The first official Logistics Cluster meeting took place on 09 March 2006 and was attended by 14 NGOs and 6 UN agencies. In total two meetings have been convened bimonthly.

Kinshasa
- The Logistics Working Group is holding meetings with a frequency of two meetings monthly. The first official Logistics Cluster meeting took place on 28 March 2006. Participation has been very good with an average of 14 NGOs and 6 UN agencies attending on a regular basis.
