WFP-HAS launches a new air service in Katanga

WFP-HAS will launch a new air service in Katanga as from 22 June 2006, the
-> schedule will include stops in Mitwaba, Pweto, Dubie, Malemba-Nkulu and Sampwe.
The aircraft that will be used will be a Cessna Caravan with a capacity of 10 Pax.
The booking procedures are as follows :
- Announce the agency for which the traveller works.If the organisation is not yet registered with WFP-HAS, please fill in the -> Booking personnes autorisees form. Only authorized staff members can book on behalf of their respective agencies.
- Fill in the booking form -> (UN and Non UN)mailto:roger.migabo-ntakobadjira@wfp.org
- Confirm the booking the day before the flight before 2.00 P.M

WFP-HAS commencera un nouveau service de transport aérien à partir 22 Juin 2006 au Katanga. -> Le routing prévu comprend les localités de Mitwaba, Pweto, Dubie, Malemba-Nkulu, Sampwe.
WFP /HAS va opérer ces routes avec un appareil de type Cessna Caravan d'une capacité de 10 passagers.
Les procédures de réservation seront les suivantes.
- Annoncer l'agence pour laquelle vous travaillez. Si votre organisation n'est pas encore annoncée au WFP-HAS, merci de remplir le formulaire -> Booking personnes autorisées. Seul les personnes autorisées sont aptes à effectuer des réservations pour leur agence.
- Remplir le formulaire de réservation -> (UN et Non UN)
- Confirmer votre réservation avant 1400 heures le jour précédent le jour du vol

Cet avion pourra être mis à la disposition de la communauté humanitaire pour des vols charters. Les jours mis à disposition pour les vols charters sont: le Mercredi et le Samedi.
